Jerome Kaicer

Partner & Client Liaison

I completed my Construction Management degree in 2006 and started out in estimating and contract administration before spending two years with David Edelman Architects, where I was fortunate to train on high-end projects as a building trainee.

I moved into site management with the major project home builders to gain the experience and references needed for my Builder’s License, which I achieved in 2013. Alongside new builds, I dedicated myself to mastering renovations and extensions treating every home as if it were my own before handing over the keys.

Over seven years I delivered more than 80 new dwellings before taking on a new challenge in 2020 with Langford Jones Homes, where I headed their Dual Occupancy division for three years.

With a passion for building and a keen eye for detail I strive to deliver stunning projects everytime.

Partner & Construction Manager

Aaron Lee

My passion for building began back in 1986, growing up in a skilled trade family, and by 2000 I’d secured a carpentry apprenticeship with a boutique builder known for high-end architectural work.

Over nearly 20 years there, I learnt every trade hands on, was mentored by perfectionists, and later guided apprentices of my own while running sites. I’ve worked closely with architects and clients, honing my eye for detail and my ability to deliver exactly what people want.

In 2020, I started AtotheZ Building Solutions, bringing together a trusted team I’ve known for decades. We pride ourselves on perfection, attention to detail, and building the “impossible” for our clients—always with strong relationships and word of mouth keeping us busy.
